By logging on to or using the Website, you, as a user (“USER,” “CLIENT,” or “YOU”), are presumed to have read and unconditionally accepted these Terms of Use, including the Privacy Policy available separately on the Website. These Terms of Use, along with other policies (defined below), constitute a binding agreement between the User and IELTS Sutra and do not alter the terms or conditions of any other written agreement you may have with IELTS Sutra for other services.
Please carefully read the following terms before agreeing. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use (including any referenced policies or guidelines), please terminate your use of the Website. You can accept the Terms of Use by:
- Clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Use, where this option is made available in the User interface for any particular Service; or
- Accessing, testing, filling the form on the website, or enrolling for any course directly or indirectly from the website.
In these Terms of Use, “User” refers to any natural or legal person who has agreed to these Terms of Use on behalf of itself or any other legal entity.
It is clarified that the Privacy Policy, provided separately, forms an integral part of these Terms of Use and should be read contemporaneously. Use of Services/Product
IELTS Sutra offers IELTS Academic and IELTS General classes globally.
To use or avail of the services/courses/products, you may need to provide personal details during registration. Some courses/services may require payment, with a separate Refund Policy provided.
We may collect your details through website forms, course registrations, online chat, calls, advertisements, or referrals and reserve the right to contact you via call/SMS/Emails for promotional purposes.
We reserve the right to cease services for users breaching terms or privacy policies.
You are responsible for your Registration Data and User content, ensuring it does not violate laws or infringe on rights. We may remove/edit such information at our discretion.
Attendance
As a student, you can reschedule up to 5 classes. Notify at least 3 hours before the scheduled class time through call/Whatsapp/SMS/Email.
Trainers can take a maximum of 3 leaves per month, informing management at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling over half of daily classes counts as one leave.
Provide proof for unavoidable leaves.
Content in the Services
“Content” includes information, data, text, logos, photographs, videos, audio clips, and more.
IELTS Sutra may moderate, publish, re-publish, and use User-generated contributions. Users are not entitled to royalties.
IELTS Sutra may use submitted content for training or promotional purposes as per agreed terms.
Learning resources are owned by IELTS Sutra. Users may not modify, reproduce, or use content for commercial purposes.
Proprietary Rights
IELTS Sutra owns legal and proprietary rights to the Services. Users may not use IELTS Sutra’s trademarks or brand features without written consent.
Privacy
Your privacy is important. Acceptance of these Terms confirms understanding and acceptance of our Privacy Policy.
