Refund Policy
At IELTS Sutra, we aim to provide high-quality IELTS Academic and IELTS General classes. We understand that circumstances change, so please review our refund policy before enrolling.
1. Free Demo
Every student gets a free demo session before any payment is required, so you can experience our teaching style firsthand.
2. Payment Structure
After the demo, classes are billed hourly.
3. Refund Eligibility
If you’re dissatisfied with your assigned trainer or the sessions after the demo, you may be eligible for a refund on your remaining, unattended classes. Classes already completed are not refunded.
4. How to Request a Refund
Submit your request within 7 days of enrollment by emailing contact@ieltssutra.com with the subject line “Refund Request: [Your Name],” including the reason for your request. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be processed.
5. After a Refund
Once a refund is processed, access to future classes ends.
